【The Arrival of Early Summer: The Natsutsubaki Has Sprouted】

Thank you, as always, for choosing Stay SAKURA.

In the garden of Stay SAKURA Kyoto Nijo Castle West I, the Natsutsubaki (Japanese stewartia, Stewartia pseudo camellia) we planted has begun to sprout fresh green leaves, gently illuminated by the soft light of early summer.

Its vibrant foliage sways in the breeze, heralding the coming of summer and adding a quiet breath of life to our traditional machiya garden. In early summer, it will bloom with delicate, pure white flowers, and come autumn, its leaves will turn to vivid shades of red.

We invite you to enjoy these ever-changing seasonal scenes and the calm, restorative moments they bring.

All of us at Stay SAKURA look forward to welcoming you soon.
